 Matt is so hardworking, while also being incredibly personable and down to earth.  You can talk openly about your desires and concerns and expect honest and understanding responses.  From day one we felt like Matt heard what we were looking for and helped us get that in our new home.  He was also super ontop of us selling our previous home, and when we needed more time to prepare it than anticipated, he was understanding and accommodating.  Other agents like working with him too, and that's a plus.  I'm not sure he ever sleeps or takes a day off because he was always available and quick to respond when we needed him.  We highly recommend going with Matt if you're in the market!
